With an understanding that strengthening families is integral to building better leaders, YPO offers programs that bring families together. For young business leaders seeking balance in their lives, YPO’s family focus is a tremendous advantage.

Spouses/Partners
Members' spouses and partners are encouraged to share in the YPO experience. Spouses and partners have their own access to the YPO website to research upcoming events, stay informed and connect with others around the world. Spouses and partners are encouraged to complete their own online profiles, which will generate personalized content based on their interests. They are also encouraged to participate in Forums, Networks, Groups and many events.

Youth and Family
YPO serves members’ entire families through youth, parent-child, and family programs held around the world. Bringing families together for shared education, adventure and cultural immersion inspires life-changing results.

YPO parents and children (ages 6-18) are encouraged to strengthen their relationships as they develop communication, team-building and listening skills together. At youth-only events, children (ages 13-18) develop lifelong friendships with peers around the globe. Political figures, sports legends, leading business authorities in business and experts in experiential youth programming facilitate discussions that help youth develop into responsible leaders.

YPO also offers opportunities for young adults (ages 17-29) through Youth and Young Adult Forums, YPO-WPO@University programs, and online networking opportunities through Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking media.
