Complete nomination form and essay questions. Submit completed nomination with essay questions via e-mail, fax or postal mail by 8 January, 2010, to the appropriate address or number below. Electronic submissions are strongly preferred and should be in MS Word format in English and sent via e-mail.

Selection Process & Presentation
A panel of judges will review each award application and weigh each YPO-WPO company’s outcomes in their respective award category. Winners will exemplify a high volume and/or quality of outcomes relative to peers and explain the tangible differences these outcomes make in the world.
Nominations will be accepted through 8 January 2010. The judges will first determine finalist candidates and then choose a winner in each of the five categories.
Award Winners Will Receive
• Public recognition at the 2010 GLC and beyond.
• Peer-to-Peer recognition among members as “Best-of-the-Best”.
• Coverage in YPO-WPO publications and news releases to media outlets.
