Alan Marash 

Alan co-manages JATS Partners,  which invests in and advises women, minority-owned and social impact businesses.  He recently sold his business, Oriel STAT A MATRIX which provided training and consulting support to the quality and regulatory functions of medical device manufacturers. With experience spanning 30 years as a purpose-driven board chair, advisor, investor and CEO, he specializes in enhancing the strategic and financial governance of boards in growth-stage companies and startups across diverse sectors.
