Ryan Poorman
Head of Technology
Ryan leads all technology operations at YPO. His responsibilities include overseeing software engineering, product design and management, and IT security and operations. Ryan joined YPO in June 2021 as the IT business management director. He took on an expanded role in 2023 as senior director of solution delivery before transitioning to his current role. Ryan has more than 20 years of technology and global leadership experience. Prior to working for YPO, Ryan led technology initiatives at Centex/Pulte and RealPage.
