Jill Belconis, CEO at Jill Belconis Enterprises, LLC

ill Belconis (YPO Heartland Gold) is the first woman elected as YPO International Chairman in the organization’s history. A YPO member since 1997, Belconis was the CEO of Shelter Mortgage Company, a nationwide residential mortgage company, from 1984 to 2014. She has a TEDx talk, “Succeed Like a Man, Lead Like a Woman” which highlights her unique leadership journey. After successfully selling the company, Jill is now the CEO of Jill Belconis Enterprises, LLC.

She is a Gazelles/Scaling Up/Rockefeller Habits Certified Business Coach and advises CEOs and their executive teams in the areas of strategy, leadership, executive development and business improvement. She utilizes her vast business and leadership experience to help others grow, scale and thrive in their businesses.

She specializes in developing high-producing leadership teams that can deliver results. Jill attributes much of her personal and professional success to her passion for health and wellness. She has three adult children; Alex, Sam and Rachel.
