I am an entrepreneur, which I would liken to a roller coaster ride that never seems to stop. With my business partners, I have spent my entire adult life building businesses. We have had success and we have tasted failure more than once. The most important thing I have learned over the last 25 years is that RELATIONSHIPS ARE EVERYTHING. Due to the great partners and team members I work with, I have others to celebrate the wins with and, likewise, others to help pick me up if I stumble.
In my role at College Works Painting I interact with some of the most amazing young people in this country. They are driven, intelligent, honest, and fun. Although there is a significant age difference, I truly enjoy the opportunity to have conversations with these future entrepreneurs, either about the business or how to make an impact on the world.
At EmpireWorks Reconstruction and Painting, I work with an amazing team of talented professionals who go out of their way to ensure our clients are elated with the projects we work on. EmpireWorks has become the leading multifamily contractor in all the markets we serve. I spend the majority of my time working with each of our divisions to find new ways to grow not just as a company but as individuals.
