Allison Phillips
Managing Director
Alli manages YPO’s global workforce and works closely with the global board. She is an experienced startup executive and business consultant with a 25-year record of building exceptional teams and companies. During her time at McKinsey & Company, she specialized in public sector organizational design, change leadership and governance, and technology and operations management. Since leaving McKinsey, she has served as general manager at LivingSocial and Shift, and COO and CFO of Learning Objects and PAIRIN, a Denver-based workforce technology company. Alli is adjunct faculty in the Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado – Denver.
