I have also developed People Advisory Services (PAS) practice in South America, having as main goals implementation of new solutions, growth of market share and to build high performing teams to work with human resources, mainly in HR performance, HR systems, rewards, international mobility, and innovation solutions on talent.
Experience in company management and making strategic decisions, as a member of the Executive Committee (Brazil EY) and Operating Committee (KF SAM). Experience leading more than 400 professionals in Brazil/South America with a total revenue of approximately USD 100 million.
