Craig Enenstein

Craig L. Enenstein is Chief Executive Officer of Corridor Capital, LLC, an operationally intensive private equity firm focused on investments in business services companies. He has a hands-on orientation to investing with extensive experience developing and driving growth strategies, performing operational improvements and cost reductions, managing turnarounds and facilitating highly complex strategic consortia investments. He works very closely with entrepreneurs to maximize their business growth prospects. Mr. Enenstein founded Corridor Capital in September 2005.

Previously, Mr. Enenstein served as the Chief Investment Officer of Omninet Capital, LLC, a diversified investment firm, concentrating in the areas of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and asset management. Omninet Capital is the family office for individuals involved in the development of Qualcomm.

Prior to joining Omninet Capital, Mr. Enenstein was the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Liberty Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: LDIG), a diversified media company with control and minority investments in media programming, internet infrastructure and interactive television. Together with his team, he invested across two dozen buyout and venture capital transactions.

Prior to joining Liberty Digital, Mr. Enenstein was Vice President at Knowledge Universe, LLC, a for-profit education investment fund led by Michael Milken, Lowell Milken and Larry Ellison. There, he managed acquisitions and venture investments and monitored portfolio positions. Mr. Enenstein also served as a strategy consultant for both Bain & Co. and LEK Consulting. Before his M.B.A., he worked in import-export and travel related businesses tied to Japan.

Mr. Enenstein holds an M.B.A from The Wharton School, an M.A. in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. He currently serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors for Athena Holdings, LLC, CCT Holdco, LLC, CEO Warrior Holdings, LLC, Consolidated Flooring, Inc., FMT Holdings, LLC, Freehold Parent Corporation, IE Food Holdings, LLC, NPAS Holdings, LLC, Specialty Marketing & Communications Holdings, LLC and WWLT Holdings, LLC. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for Naspers Limited (Public – NPN:SJ), Prosus N.V. (Public – Euronext), Berkeley Political Economy Advisory Board, Sure, Inc., Wharton Graduate Executive Board and Wharton Private Equity + Venture Capital Association, as a member of the Limited Partner Advisory Committee for March Capital Gaming and Alumni Advisor to the Student Fellowship Program at the Harris Family Alternative Investments Program at The Wharton School. He formerly served as President and Chairman of the Wharton Alumni Executive Board of Directors, on numerous boards of directors of public and private companies and on the board of MAKE IT IN LA.
