Gareth joined YPO from the Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group, where he spent two years as the Vice President of HR Operations for Americas and the Middle East. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Hilton Worldwide where he landed the coveted No.1 spot on Fortune’s 2019 Great Places to Work list.
