Nisha Purushothaman, MD & Vice-Chairperson at Empee Hotels Limited

Nisha Purushothaman is the Joint Managing Director of Empee Distilleries Limited. She is currently responsible for the overall operations of the alcobev business. She is also the Managing Director of Empee Hotels Limited and she has been responsible for the development of The Hilton, Chennai, which is a five star deluxe hotel under the management of Hilton Hotels. She has around 15 years of experience across various functions in the alcobev, sugar and hospitality industries. Her major achievements in the group include development of a long term strategic plan for the group. She has also played a major role in repositioning the company’s brands.
