Gail Warrior is an accomplished Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, Thought Leader, Certified Executive Life Coach, Fitness Enthusiast, and Board Member with more than 25 years of combined experience in the health and wellness, executive coaching, construction, and oil industries. Leveraging her experience in raising capital with investors and leadership guidance, Gail is a valuable asset for mid-to-late growth phase startups in any industry seeking strategic planning, team building, cash flow forecasting, and financial strategy. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, contract negotiation, team building, startups, public speaking, PR, business development, marketing strategy, budgets, and project management. Throughout her executive career, Gail has held leadership positions with CASPR Group, Warrior Elements, Warrior Group, and Mobil Oil Corp. Currently, Gail is CEO of CASPR Group, which offers indoor surface and air purification solutions that eliminate pathogens such as mold, bacteria and other infection causing agents such as MRSA, C-diff, etc from commercial environments. CASPR systems are designed to work in various industries such as hospitals, various food facilities and restaurants, and schools.
Shannon Gordon, Panelist
Shannon Gordon is a technology executive and leader with proven experience building and scaling new customer experiences. She is currently CEO of theBoardlist, a curated talent marketplace that connects highly qualified female leaders with board opportunities at public and private companies. Before joining theBoardlist, Shannon was SVP Operations and Customer Experience at Shyp, a San Francisco startup that helped small businesses with their shipping needs. Prior to Shyp, Shannon was VP, Customer Experience at Walmart.com where she grew Walmart’s omni-channel businesses, such as order online/pickup in store, from a pilot in just a few stores to a chain wide program and a core part of Walmart’s eCommerce offering. Shannon has also worked at McKinsey & Company in Chicago and attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Mark Hamill, Panelist
Mark has 20 years in Global Executive Search, having built an EMEA Search firm which he sold to Private Equity in 2017. He has since then launched The Naked Headhunter which focuses on Succession Search and Executive Transition and the Virtual Advisory Board, a global talent pool of “Board Advisory” global executives who can help CEOs and Owners with any insight they might need on the above topics across all worldwide markets.
While also Chairing Ackermann International, the largest European Executive Search firm in Latin America, Mark has dedicated the last 3 years since his exit to identifying and understanding the pain and lifecycle of executive career transition. He has created tools (Visibility Quotient), know-how and now helps navigate Executives through this period.
Shimi Shah, Panelist
Shimi has been actively involved in investing and venture capital for over 20 years and has made over 50 investments in early and expansion stage transactions, of which many have been successfully exited with superior returns for investors in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Over the last decade, Shimi has founded and built up a leading advisory business which is now a known leader in building and designing boards and providing scale up assistance to SMEs. Shimi is the Executive Chairperson of Carousel Solutions Group Ltd, an advisory business focusing on designing and building high performance company boards for private equity, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and corporates globally.
